Aero Expo UK at Wycombe Air Park – June 14 – 16

Showcasing the best in General Aviation over three days at Wycombe Air Park in Buckinghamshire, you’ll be able to get up close and even demo-fly the latest aircraft on the market and browse a range of related aviation products & services. Once the show has finished on June 15, all pilots attending the event will be able to stay after hours for live entertainment and complimentary food and beverages.

Tickets are £17 for a day pass while fly-in and camping options are also available.

Wales National Airshow at Swansea Bay – June 30 – July 1

Made up of breathtaking aerobatic displays, state-of-the-art military aircraft and vintage planes, this airshow is once again expecting around 250,000 visitors. The Chinook and wingwalking displays have already been confirmed alongside the Autogyro, Pitts Special, Bristol Blenheim, RAF Tutor and more.

The event is free but there will be parking charges. See this link for information on road closures near to the site.

CockpitFest and Aeroboot at Newark Air Museum – June 23 – 24

Cockpit owners from around the country will be descending on this Nottinghamshire location to display what they have. Such cockpits include the Tempest Mk.V, Starduster, Lightning F.6, Sea King HAS.6 and many more alongside stalls from various traders, societies and organisations.

The event is in support of charity so please give generously.

Weston Air Festival – June 23 – 24

Head to Weston’s beautiful seafront and beach lawns and turn your eyes to the skies to see a variety of aircraft demonstrate exactly what they’re capable of. Celebrations for the Armed Forces Weekend will also be taking place during the festival to further add to the festival’s attraction.

The event is free and travel information should be carefully checked before leaving.

Shobdon Food & Flying Festival – June 30 – July 1

Combining the best local food and drink products with a number of aviation-themed attractions at a historic WW2 airfield in Herefordshire, this is a festival not to be missed. With delicious, independently made food products in hand, browse the enormous collection of static aircraft and helicopters and watch dozens of interesting arrivals from around the country throughout the weekend.

Entry is £8 for adults and £2 for 5 to 16-year-olds.
