Archant

Following a seven year ground-up restoration by Martin Honeychurch, with supervision by Mark Miller, G-ACMA must be the finest Leopard Moth worldwide

It also has the most fully documented history including its first sale to The National Benzole Company in whose original colours it has been painted, wartime service with the RAF, use by de Havillands during the war and subsequently by Alan Butler, DH's Chairman, air racing by a former ATA pilot who had three King's Cup wins to his name, extensive use on the European continent, and used for weekly flights to Ireland.

Every part of the aeroplane has been meticulously checked including extensive new woodwork, complete recovering, re-upholstery and painting, paying particular attention to originality except for modern avionics as required.
