External executives to help CAA conduct review
The CAA has enrolled two external executives to provide support for a major review of its processes and procedures.

The Group Information Systems Director of insurance company Catlin, Keith Bogg, will chair a Risk and Assurance Board that will monitor the modernisation of many of the CAA’s business processes.
Meanwhile Trevor Didcock, easyJet’s Chief Information Officer, will be a member of the board.
The CAA says that it aims to provide better customer service, improve the sharing of information and ensure better support for frontline operations.
